Resident Portal Launch

All residents onboarded to the portal within the first billing cycle. Portal covers maintenance, payments (DD/bank transfer), documents and communications.

Operational Rhythm

Weekly building inspections, monthly contractor reviews, and proactive maintenance scheduling via our property management system.

Financial Reporting

Monthly income and expenditure reported to client portal within 10 working days of month-end. Includes rent roll, arrears, and variance analysis.

What makes BTR management different from standard residential management?

BTR buildings require a hospitality-influenced approach to resident experience alongside the financial discipline of institutional asset management. We manage both dimensions simultaneously — operational rigour, real-time reporting for landlords, and a portal-led experience that drives resident satisfaction and retention.

How do residents make payments?

Rent is collected by Direct Debit or bank transfer. We do not accept card payments for residential rent. Direct Debit mandate setup is handled through the resident portal.

Can you take over management mid-tenancy?

Yes. We have a structured transition process that covers contractor TUPE considerations, tenant communication, and portal migration. Existing tenancies continue uninterrupted.

Do you manage amenities?

We manage the operational and contractual elements of amenities — cleaning, maintenance, compliance, and booking systems. Programming and events are offered as an optional module.
