Complaints Procedure
We operate a formal two-stage complaints procedure in line with ARMA requirements. All complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days and responded to in full within 15 working days.

In the interest of accuracy, the following claims have been removed from our marketing materials because they cannot currently be independently verified:
- "Award-winning" — no verifiable award held at this time.
- "Fully RICS accredited staff" — not all staff hold individual RICS accreditation; the firm is RICS regulated.
- "Guaranteed response in 24 hours" — our KPIs are measured and defined targets, not contractual guarantees.
